We collect your email address to tell you when Scuba launches.
Your rights & lawful bases
Our lawful basis for everything above is consent, which you give by joining the waitlist and can withdraw at any time.
You have rights over your data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawing consent. Email us to use any of them and we will respond within one month.

Directly from you.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist email addresses until launch, plus 6 months after launch to deal with follow ups. If you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, we delete your email straight away. We keep basic server log data for no longer than 12 months, then we delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not have joint controllers. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for other organisations to use for their own marketing.

This data processor does the following activities for us: they store waitlist email addresses and send launch emails for us, only on our instructions.

Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, only if you accept cookies.
If you accept, Google sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_container-id in your browser and processes your IP address and how you use the site. Data may be transferred outside the UK, including to the United States, under Google's safeguards. We keep analytics data for 14 months.
If you reject, we set no analytics cookies. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
